A brand new two-bedroom apartment in Ypsonas, fully furnished and never lived in. Everything in the apartment is new - the finishes, the furniture and the appliances - so a tenant can move in and start living without buying or replacing a thing. A 16 m2 covered veranda extends the living space outdoors, shaded through the hottest part of the day and usable from spring right through to late autumn. A separate storage room takes care of luggage, sports equipment and seasonal items that would otherwise eat into the wardrobes, and two covered parking spaces come with the property. Ypsonas lies just west of Limassol with quick highway access, offering the space and value of a residential suburb while keeping the city centre and the retail parks a short drive away. Rent is 1,700 EUR per month.
